Sequoia was selected to build out two thousand two hundred and six feet of medical
office from a shell space. Construction was completed in 9 weeks. Work included underground plumbing,
new mechanical systems along with all interior construction. The work was completed without complaint
from the shared wall neighbors.
Sequoia was selected to be the general contractor for a two thousand eight hundred and twenty square foot
dental office from a vanilla box space. Curved walls and soffits add to the high-end look of this space.
Custom millwork and high-end finishes make for a spa-like atmosphere. The owner was extremely pleased
with Sequoia saying they are honest, straight forward, and knowledgeable and committed.
Sequoia was selected to be the contractor to nearly
tripled the size of the existing Associated Optical facility. All new finishes, including ceilings, were
installed. New casework, cabinets and reception desk were also installed. The project was phased to
allow Associated Optical to remain open during the construction process.
Sequoia was selected to be the general contractor to complete a three thousand three hunderd square foot
build-out of a high end dental office from a vanilla box space. Construction was completed in 11 weeks.
Work included medical gas piping, new mechanical systems, suspended soffits, custom millwork and other
high end finishes. The front entrance door weighed three hundred seventy five pounds and is held in place with overhead and
floor pivots. The door is balanced so well a small child can open it without difficulty.
We were selected to build out their new optical office. The
architectural firm, Newman Architecture’s talented designer’s vision of unique custom millwork, vocal
walls, and decorative lighting enhance the warmth and comfortable atmosphere within this optical
facility. Dr. Amber Dawson expressed her appreciation to Sequoia and Newman for a top quality

complete a one thousand four hundred square foot medical office for Dr. Yasmeen Bilimoria. The project consisted of four new
exam rooms, a children’s play waiting area, office areas, and employee break room. The medical office
smooth floor layout, along with relaxing wall finishes and floor treatments, fully enhances the comfort
ability of coming to Dr. Bilimoria’s new office. Dr. Bilimoria was very appreciative of the effort put
forth by Sequoias to maintain quality, schedule and budget.

four thousand five hundred square foot oral surgery office. The architectural design enhances the waiting
area with soothing paint and fabric finishes, fireplace, and the furniture easily puts one at ease. The facility’s space consists of three exam rooms, two procedure rooms, lab, and a teaching classroom. The owner was extremely pleased with Sequoia for the quality workmanship, attention to detail, and budget adherence.
Sequoia was selected by Dr. Bob Tata and his staff to
create a new physician’s three thousand six hundred square foot treatment/examination office. Dr. Tata’s facility consists of
an outpatient procedure room, x-ray room, four exam rooms, two recovery rooms, conference room, staff
lounge, and private office. The attractive architectural design included an elegant reception area,
hallway skylights that engulf the space with sunshine, and pleasing wood trim and soothing paint colors.
Dr. Tata was very pleased with Sequoia’s dedication to schedule, budget and quality of workmanship.
